The need

The system identifies the vehicle via RF card, LPR cameras or a windshield tag. If the data matches the database, the barrier opens or the gate is motor-driven upward; all movement records are kept in the software.
Validity periods can be defined per vehicle; daily, weekly, monthly and yearly entry/exit reports are available per person or user group.
