Our approach

PARKFORTE positions each sensor technology according to facility needs: ultrasonic, camera or infrared sensors indoors; magnetic or camera-based sensors outdoors. All sensors are monitored and controlled through the parking software.

Sub-technologies and components

  • Ultrasonic Sensor (Indoor)

    Each space is tracked by high-frequency sound-wave sensors; LED lights signal status by colour. Offers roughly 99.8% detection reliability.

  • Camera Sensor (Indoor)

    Produces occupancy data via image processing; dual-side cameras mounted mid-aisle detect up to 6 vehicles. Generates plate, circulation and duration statistics; complements CCTV systems.

  • Infrared Sensor (Indoor)

    IR sensors at each space detect with a direct light beam at minimum 99.5% accuracy; offering multi-colour RGB LED, Bluetooth and secure API integration.

  • Magnetic Sensor (Outdoor)

    Tracks occupancy of on-street and open parking spaces. Wireless battery design (5-7 year life), IP67 protection, -30°C/+70°C operating range and remote calibration via cloud.
