One of the biggest properties of the Carpark Management Systems which is served by  Parkforte, is the TCP/IP based communication over Ethernet and, optionally LPR and integrated VOIP based intercom systems are served. For these properties, central management structure is served with a minimum resource in which budget and services advantages are met.
 
A car park Management Systems which is put into service are the combined systems of the advanced electronic and information technologies with the modern mechanic creation systems. Barcode or magnetic ticket, proximity cards, RFID stickers and cards with the Plate Recognition can be used in the entrance and exit.
As a standard Carpark Management System consists of entrance and exit ticket dispenser, barrier, manuel payment station, automatic pay station, management console and servers. Optionally, Carpark Management System would provide integrated License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems and VOIP based intercom systems solutions. Single Space Recognition Systems, Park Guidance Systems, Variable Message Sign Systems, Financial Systems, Reporting and Business Intelligent Systems would be integrated as an optional.
 
A car park Management System includes entrance and exit ticket column, barrier, manual payment station, automatic pay station, process pcs, servers. Optionally, Carpark Management System would provide integrated Valet Parking Systems, License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems and VOIP based intercom systems solutions. Single Space Recognition Systems, Park Guidance Systems, Variable Message Sign Systems, Financial Systems, CCTV Systems, Reporting and Business Intelligent Systems would be integrated as an optional. Scope of work will include supply, install and test of Parking Management System and following components for the airport;
 
The CPS should be consisted entrance and exit gate barrier units, car parking payment system and parking counting systems in all various types which should all connect manual payment stations, automatic pay stations and a car park management center. CPS should be TCP/IP based communications, web based reporting, and integrate VOIP based Intercom system, in order to provide a central management structure.
The CPS should under control with the Windows operating system. Inside the other devices should be a Linux operating system. These devices should communicate with Windows server via TCP/IP protocol.
The CPS should control the entrances and exits of the parking areas, manage the operation and collect payments with minimal manual intervention. All entries, exits and its automatic barriers should monitor and control remotely from the Parking Management Server.
 
The CPS should operate a comprehensive set of charges based on day of the week, holidays, specials days and time of day, subsidiary services. The system should have a facility to implement a set of temporary charges valid until recalled and a set of future charges to become automatically effective on a predefined date and time.
Access should be possible with variable cards (e.g. staff, season, VIP, Bank Credit Cards) or a ticket, to be obtained at the entry of the parking area.
 
The CPS should have anti-pass-back feature to prevent the misuse of all types of cards.
Payment for single-entry parking should be possible either by automatic payment or manually, to be done at the pay stations to be found at the parking areas. The CPS should log each attempted misuse for identification of the card owner. User and subscriber definitions should be managed by center management server. The CPS operators should access to the system by password security with different levels. Central Management Console Application should support multi-lingual.
