Service Desk, is the call center unit of PARKFORTE, providing a single point of contact for end users, when there is a problem, request or complaint. Users can contact the Service Desk 7/24 and register new tickets or follow up their open tickets, by calling the call center or using the web interface. Service Desk ensures that customer tickets are resolved within service level agreement conditions.
